Have you married/dated outside your culture/race and run in to troubles with your families? Do they not accept you? Do they not want you to be together?

Yes when you date outside your culture you will face problems
but when his parents met me and he met mine, we got along great
well his mother still doesn’t like me(But she don’t like anyone her children get with unless SHE picks them out, she is a good mother and loves them very much, but just saying it’s not just me)
I think we got along because i’m very old fashioned in my way of thinking, and many black youth nowadays lost this, so his family(african) were surprised at how i was very respectful to my elders(which was what i was taught to be anyway)
My family didn’t like him at first but started to later on, they always have something to say about any dude i talk to
